Liberals told us that this would stimulate the economy. It did not.

Liberals also told us that if law-abiding concealed-carry gun owners were to set foot into a restaurant or bar, that there would be shootouts like the old west had.

Although this case is ongoing, we see progress. The Concord Monitor tells us that restrictions and equipment confiscation have been removed from Mr. Blackden so that he can get back to work.

"The Concord photographer convicted earlier this year of impersonating an emergency responder for coming to a fatal crash scene dressed in firefighting gear can once again take pictures of car accidents.

A Merrimack County judge last week granted Brian Blackden's request to drop the bail condition that prevented him from going within 500 feet of emergency scenes."

In an opinion given by the Indiana Supreme Court (see attached PDF below) we can read that the court says "[b]ecause we decline to recognize the right of a homeowner to reasonably resist unlawful entry, Barnes is not entitled to batter Reed, irrespective as to the legality of Reed‘s entry."

While this sentence is loaded with double negatives and cloudy meaning, it says that the court will not recognize a right that a homeowner has. The right to which they refer is the one that allows you or me to resist someone coming in to our own home unlawfully.

A mayoral candidate in Baltimore plans to solve all the crime problems and improve the "quality of life" in Baltimore by charging an extra tax, this one on bullets.
