All county attorneys deny release of cop conflict list

<blockquote>None of the state's county attorneys will release documents previously disclosed to defendants regarding named police officers who may have credibility problems if called to testify during a trial.

Most of the 11 county attorneys keep so-called Laurie lists as a result of a 1993 Supreme Court case — state of New Hampshire vs. Carl Laurie — which advised that prosecutors have to disclose to defendants any known credibility problems about officers poised to testify. The names of those officers and details of their potential credibility problems are typically documented by infractions cited in their personnel files.</blockquote>
